The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a delicate mineral character that carries through to a clean, lingering finish. Bright enough for warm-weather sipping, yet textured enough to hold its own at the table.
Pair with: Seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc, grilled prawns, roast chicken with preserved lemon, or halibut with fresh herbs. Bright acidity balances a rounded, textured mouthfeel, while a touch of minerality carries through a long, fresh finish.
