This intimate Light Bites event features a thoughtfully curated six-course tasting menu, available to a limited number of Wine Club Members.
Spend the evening with owner and winemaker John Patterson as he guides you through an exploration of our wines, sharing stories, insight, and the inspiration behind each pour. Along the way, enjoy beautifully crafted bites and the chance to connect with fellow members in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
We’re thrilled to once again partner with Chef Jack Rogers, known as “The Tall Chef,” who brings his seasonally driven approach and global culinary experience to the table. Trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Chef Jack blends refined technique with creative twists, resulting in dishes that are both elegant and unexpected.
Each course is intentionally paired with library selections, new releases, and limited-production wines, creating pairings that elevate both the food and the wine.
