This intimate Light Bites experience for Wine Club members features a thoughtfully curated six-course tasting menu and is available to a limited number of guests.
Spend the evening with owner and winemaker John Patterson, who will guide you through an exploration of our wines, sharing stories, insight, and the inspiration behind each pour. Enjoy beautifully crafted bites along the way while connecting with fellow members in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
We’re thrilled to once again partner with Chef Jack Rogers, known as The Tall Chef, whose seasonally driven approach and global culinary experience shine in every course. Trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Chef Jack blends refined technique with creative twists for dishes that are both elegant and unexpected.
Each course is intentionally paired with library selections, new releases, and limited-production wines, creating pairings that elevate both the food and the wine.
