The Seattle Fish Guys' owner, Desiree Chinn, and her team will be serving oysters prepared to your liking: chilled on the half shell or oven-baked. Originally from Hawaii, Desiree's variety of sauces to accompany the oysters are infused with the spirit of Aloha. You can also enjoy refreshing Patterson Cellars wines that perfectly complement the unique flavors of this briny delicacy.

Your ticket includes 6 Seattle Fish Guys oysters shucked on site plus a variety of accompaniments with a Patterson Cellars wine flight! Included are 3 ounce pours of 2020 Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Chardonnay, 2022 Albariño and 2022 Rosé of Cabernet Franc. Additional oysters may be purchased separately when ordering your tickets.
