BOOK AND PLAN YOUR EVENT
Thank you for your interest in hosting your private event with Patterson Cellars. We have two locations in Woodinville: the Warehouse District Winery & Tasting Room and the Hollywood Hill Tasting Room; which allow us to accommodate a wide variety of events including holiday and birthday parties, corporate events, receptions, galas, auctions, and business meetings.
The event space at our Warehouse District Winery & Tasting Room features an urban warehouse feel with barrel room ambiance that is highly customizable. It can accommodate 40-80 guests standing reception style. Our Hollywood Hill Tasting Room has a contemporary, yet cozy interior with a fireplace, concrete floors, wooden-beamed ceiling, art work and a glass garage door that can be rolled-up during nice weather for access to the outdoor patio. This space can hold approximately 25-35 standing guests.
$250 plus tax for a minimum of 2 hours. Each additional hour is $100 plus tax. However, if you are interested in having Patterson Cellars host your event during our regular business hours, there will be an additional charge of $500 an hour. Cancellations 30 days in advance of the event are 100% refundable and non-refundable thereafter.
Here is a brief overview of what is included:
- Patterson Cellars staff to open and pour your selected Patterson wines.
- Stemware, provided for the event and washed by the staff afterwards.
- Patterson Cellars staff to help set up your supplied tables, chairs, and linens.
We have a $200 minimum wine purchase. Wine can be purchased on an open invoice in advance or can be available as a No Host Wine Bar. Prices by the glass are $7- $10 and by the bottle. You can order a Banquet Permit online for $10, which allows you to bring in beer to serve to your guests. Hard alcohol is not allowed unless arrangements are made in advance with a licensed caterer.
CATERING & TABLES & CHAIRS
We are flexible in regard to catering, so you have several options for how to provide food for your event. We work with several Woodinville caterers and are happy to make recommendations based on your needs. You can also work with a caterer of your choice, or you can bring in your own dishes to serve.
We have a buffet table and a few bistro tables to offer and the space is definitely conducive to mingling! We normally use Grand Events for table and chair rentals and can make the necessary arrangements for you. We can provide pricing if you are interested. One note regarding decorations: While we attempt to accommodate guests in every way possible, we have a strict “no confetti” policy.
